Since purchasing our first investment property, Sam and her team have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Her communication with us through the renting experience was first class. She is always very quick to reply to any questions. Sam moved very promptly at finding the right tenant for us too and made the whole process very easy for both sides.I would highly recommend Landsbury and associates for any services you need and I certainly will do so with friends and family.

I have had Lansbury & Associates as my rental agent for two rental homes since 2019, and in both cases they have consistently provided a very high standard of professional service.For every repair request I have made, they have been quick to respond. And every trade business referred has been just as quick to attend to the repair issue, and with excellent service.They have by far provided the best service I've had with a rental agency in all the years I've been renting, making my experience renting these homes easy and very comfortable.
