I enquired about an launching an anti discrimination case against Optus in Robina after they threatened me with police getting me thrown out of the store and call me basically a liar, because I was not wearing a mask and told them I had an exemption which I do. They then forced me to share my private medical information with two of their staff before they would fix my phone problem. This law firm told me that the owner does not want to take on those kinds of cases. All I wanted was some advice on how to proceed, but obviously they either do not know the law relating to these matters or are and willing to involve themselves in what is a politically unpopular type of case. Which means they basically will not stand up for you, when you need help.“These type of cases” is not a good enough reason to not want to help someone in my opinion.

Disaster. They promised this and that, but never delivered anything. We have lost 20 thousands because of their unethical tricks (I cannot stress this enough - they simply used us for heir own benefit). I would sue them for it, but it has no sense financially... Unfortunately, I cannot cover our losses now, and all I can do is to report them to Queensland Law Society and leave a review here to warn other people.Sorry, I cannot provide any details as I do not want to be pursued by them (seeing what they did to us before).Stay away from them.

Brett Wilson abandoned my case when I questioned his twenty thousand dollar quote, and worst still has been uncontactable since. I have left several messages and am yet to have received a call back. After taking on my case he went AWOL and when he finally did contact me, he apologised as he had family drama. Whilst I understand this must have been a challenging time, leaving me not knowing what was going on with my case when my career was on the line was unprofessional. I am very disappointed that a legal representative could be so irresponsible with time sensitive cases, not to mention ghost" a client when they question the costs agreement. I was left with no lawyer
