Great gym overall. The reason I'm not giving it more stars is because there's a huge separate room that only women can use. To my knowledge women don't pay any extra, yet they are granted an extra room and equipment for some reason. Looks like it would be really good for core training in there. The pilates area in the main room is in an awkward high-traffic location with limited space and lacks equipment such as exercise balls. Other than that though, this is a decent gym that will suit most people's needs.

Cleanest and most well equipped gym I've ever seen. Lots of spaces and options for work outs - love having the option of 24/7 virtual Les Mills classes. Good music and no 'bro culture'

Wanted a gym for 6 weeks while I was on placement and saw this place as I drove past. Followed staff suggestion in what plan would be best for this time period and was mislead. Ended up costing me approx $500 for the 6 weeks with no classes. Gym and equipment was good however staff not as helpful.

Big, clean well air-conditioned place, has something for just about everyone: Crossfit, ergs, bikes, treadmills (and a Stairmaster), and a lot of machines and free weights. Thus is also used by just about anyone. Also has a room for group classes and an area for women only. Staff are professional, rates are reasonable. If you need a flexible place that isn't intimidating or niche I recommend this venue.

Best gym in Wodonga! Great equipment, clean and very spacious. Staff are helpful and friendly. The 'pay in full' membership makes this one of the best value gyms around. Five stars from me!
