Went in on a Saturday to buy pillows, got charged twice accidentally. Had to wait until Monday until someone would even speak to me about it, I called them not the other way around. Finally admitted that I had been charged incorrectly but told refund could now take 10 days. Offered to drive to store so they could manually put money back onto my card or just give me cash as I would like the money back; told ‘that’s not the way they do it’. Pretty much no effort made to correct their mistake

Thank you guys so much, for taking good care of my mum today in your store. She had a wonderful experience today, whilst in your store from a lovely young lady called SHAY. Her customer experience was amazing and made my mums day. She was so friendly and understanding. Even helped carry her things out to the car. Just wanted to say big thanks to SHAY.

Really rude staff! Never at the counter, you have to wait for 10 minutes before getting served and they talk amongst themselves before serving you. I asked for a product and she told me she doesn’t have it without even checking. I then proceeded to find it myself. This employee was called Krishna, avoid her and this store! There are two old women who work here and I don’t know which of the two is more clueless and their faces would crack if they smiled!

We bought our curtains here with a fair price and good quality! Also, should thank the management who facilitated the shop with enough staff and thanks to staff for all kindness and help we received during our shopping experience there.

I went there this week to buy a new quilt. I got surprise by all the knowledge the store manager had about all the different fibers that goes into a quilt. I bought a blanket and a pillow also. I can say that it has been great sleeping night since then. I am very satisfied of the service and the products.

Love the range in this store. Shame with customer service - two staff in the pillow section carrying on about how slow it was yet not one of them had the decency to check in whilst I collected my items. Guess my purchases meant nothing to you.Pity I had a long list $$$ to get through today. Spotlight will thank you !

What a sad experience. I used to love coming to pillow talk for the amazing advice and assistance in finding what I needed but it has really changed.The staff were more interested in sticking up signs about their new sale today than they were in assisting customers, even when I asked for help I felt like I was annoying them.Btw the current sale voids your membership discount, ironic really that the sale that is promoted to their members (loyal customers) are not rewarded their usual discount with the sale and get the same sale price as anyone just off the street.
