United Petroleum Caboolture (Pie Face)

Night service through window. Right fuel. No air pump working.

Legal action imminent with this company. They over charged me $54 when I bought a $4 item. The $54 was someone else's fuel bill. The attendant messed around with the computer and said the refund would be in my account within 2 days via my credit card.He lied. I have been back and given my details to be passed on to the owner or manager. Still no response. This has gone on for over a week.Will be back tomorrow one last time to get a result if no joy they will be adding legal bills to the amount owed to me.

Overheard gent ahead of me paying his fuel bill query the attendant how 20 litres of fuel could be 23 litres ? I'm assuming he filled up a container which had a max of 20 litres but was billed for 23. He was not answered. The attendant should have raised concerns that their pumps need checking or something. She should have taken his details. I'm wondering if all the fuel pumped is legitimately what we pay for.

Was just at United Caboolture and my partner and I went back in to swap a couple of drinks for the bigger ones that were the same price. The woman who served us was very rude, started swearing at my partner and calling him a narcissist when he was just asking if the other drink deal on the sign was still current. Told him to F off out of her shop. She clearly has some mental or emotional problems. Not a good image for United Petroleum.

Very good fuel prices this week and in most cases all ways better than the others.

I filled up my car and realised I didn't have my wallet. I went in and explained the situation to the employee at the desk (she wasn't wearing a name badge but would have been in her 50s, grey hair, short stature, Caucasian). She rolled her eyes and didn't give me any options other than asking why I didn't have tap and pay on my phone. With everything I suggested she rolled her eyes and glared. It was an uncomfortable situation as I stood there. Thankfully the gentleman behind offered to pay and let me transfer him the money. This store needs to have a policy for situations like this and also needs to give their staff some training in how to treat customers. Not happy.

Female attendant spent the whole time yapping away at the top of her voice to her mate on the phone. Could at least had the courtesy to shut up when serving customers, especially when they had questions. Edit - thanks for your response, much appreciated. It is a common issue and super annoying to customers.

The lady at the counter was extremely rude did not get off the phone the entire time and for at least 4 other customers don't bother obviously does not know the meaning of the word service.

I am not too sure what to say ….. the Pie I had bought was not what I actually asked for … I also think the pie was possibly out of date!?! Well I don’t know as there is no expiry date printed on the pie but I was unimpressedAlso , the staff could do with some training, poor customer service
