We booked a cleaning through Airtasker for Mighty Family for End of lease. Their cleaners are very professional and performed according to the checklist we provided them. The agent pointed out a couple of small issues and Mighty Family was kind and professional enough to pickup keys from agent, fix the issues and drop the keys off. Highly recommend them for end of lease or any type of cleaning.

Absolute waste of everyone’s time and poor quality job for an “end of lease” clean. False promises & lies.I was going to post this review on Airtasker, but they've dragged on this task for so long that it's past the time to post a review. So I'll post it here.I’ve been very patient with them from the beginning:1. Rescheduled the clean as they had “something come up”, which probably was a different client.2. Waited 1/2 hours after their supposed “show up” time. They were late.3. Had to pay them extra for parking as South Yarra parking is terrible4. After cleaning, smudges were left on the carpet by their steamcleaning equipment as well as some parts of the apartmenet that were simply not cleaned at all. I asked if they could come back in the next few days, they couldn’t, fully booked. I had to go back to fix it myself personally as the lease was expiring.5. After cleaning what I could clean, it seems that even more areas weren’t clean. The agent was furious and I took it up with them, Chhavi / The Mighty Family and we decided on a date, a week later. Today I get a call that they’re fully booked.I’m done wasting my life with this. I hope this review saves someone else or helps improve the services of this company.PS: The reviews underneath here are literally reviews by the workers/staff themselves.

Nothing even close to good.Poor, dodgy, Fraudulent and suboptimal services. They will annoy you and harass you a lot on the phone to force you to accept their job. When you accept it they either don't show up, or they start harassing and bullying for more and more. They are already in airtasker abusing and defrauding innocent victims. Be very aware of this fraud company. Their reviews are mostly fake.

the team is thorough and super responsive. I have them over every two weeks and within 2 hours my place is spotless incl hard to reach areas like skirtings, patio, garage, oven, windows.
