Highly recommend Shaun and the team. A very professional operation from Adriana and Lisa in front of house reception and customer care, to the work coming out of the shop. I am a very fussy car owner, and they went above and beyond even my expectations to make sure my car was perfect. I'll be a customer for as long as they're in business. A well-earned 5 stars.

Presented my 2006 crewman for a bumper adjustment after a repair was carried out by another panel beater. They were honest in their assessment, did what they could with no charge. I will go back to them if required in the future.

Bad service- they make promises they aren't planning on keeping.My car was booked in for repairs which were done to a good standard. The car was with them for 6 weeks (not their fault, an insurance company stuff around) so I thought while it was there I'd get them to fix some light scratches around the doorhandles. I rang up asking for a quote and the receptionist said no problem, that should be something they can help with and she'd find out and get back to me. She rang my partner back a few minutes later and said they'd fix them for free as an apology for things taking so long! I thought, how nice is that? Even though the delay was not of their doing they were going above and beyond, what a great business.When I picked the car up 4 weeks later the scratches hadn't been touched. Why promise something you can't deliver despite having 4 weeks to do it? I would have happily paid for it to be done but I didn't get the chance and now I have to be without my car again if I want them fixed.The lack of follow through has left me unimpressed, if they'd said nothing I would have expected nothing and not been dissappointed.

I had some work done on my bonnet 7 years ago, it came with a 3 year warranty. Recently the clear finish was starting to lift, Tom said the product was faulty and booked the car in. When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out, headlights buffed, all paint work polished and external plastics brought back to life. A top job done by a quality company, especially considering the warranty expired 4 years ago, thanks.

Had my VH Commodore in for some rust repairs and a fresh coat of paint and the quality was nothing short of outstanding. Tom and Shaun provided an exceptional high level of customer service by keeping me updated on every stage and allowed me to take pictures of the restoration process. Would happily take any of my cars here in the future. First class company! Thanks again boys!
