Howden Saggers are that bad of a law firm that they told me I received a conviction when I hadn't. This is how bad they are! I then spent thousands hiring another firm to appeal my non-existent conviction. This new firm has refunded part of my money and have informed myself that I am legally entitled to this money from H.S. Howden Saggers defence was that if I was to take them to court to recover lost money that I would be resentensed and would indeed recieve a conviction. This is a blatent fabricated lie/law. Very deceiving, and breaks lawyers feduciary duty. This was conveneyd in a recorded phone conversarion wirh a H.S partner. Have already sent this to the Legal Servises Comissioner to add to my complaint against H.S. Beware of Howden Saggers, a paralegal or high school student will be more knowledgeable than this operation of idiotic megalomaniacs.
