Over a week, they sent me avalibilities for their services. Each email I insisted that my child be booked in on the day that they suggested. However, then they would email me back stating that specific spot was now full and suggested a new time. This happened four times until I realised that they were only joking. Each email they sent back highlighted the cost and it continued to be the only focus of the email. They wanted me to pay four weeks in advance which was fine by me, but then kept changing the booking day. After I agreed to pay the money they wrote an email explaining that maybe my child wasn't appropriate for their service because I worked night shift and that they would prefer to focus on more important clients. I am still wondering if they were hacked or they are that unprofessional.

A horrible experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. A simple miscommunication turned sour with severe passive aggression and blame from the tutor. A follow up request for a refund that 'went missing' turned into me receiving aggressive emails and inexcusable assumptions of my financial status. Very unprofessional.
