It's not often that you come across a mechanic that goes over and above. We were travelling up the coast from Newcastle and our Forester was playing up. Shane opened up on Saturday morning just for us and got us on our way again. Don't know what we would have done had he not made the effort to open his workshop for us. I contacted Shane for a quote for works to be done to my Forrester. He quoted roughly $3000 less than a quote I received from a different company so I went with him. Throughout the whole process Shane was very openly communicative, giving daily updates on the progress on the works, photos, reduction in cost due to some work not needing to be done. Once work was completed Shane requested I bring the car back to him after 1000km to ensure that the works were still sound, such is his level of care. His level of professionalism and attention to detail are better than I have experienced from any mechanic I have been to and intend to take my car to him for servicing and any mechanical issues in future.

Shane was very helpful in repairing my Subaru foresters door handle. He was able to make an appointment for me. despite his fully booked schedule. The repair was quick and professional. I will be taking my Subie to his shop for any further repairs!
