Honestly such a wonderful CrossFit community. Jake and Jenna have really made this place their own and they have come in guns blazing to make it one of the best CrossFit gyms on the coast. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and are more than happy to repeat themselves 100 times to make sure you are performing a movement correctly to prevent injuries. They’re really friendly, approachable, supportive and encouraging. This is the kind of CrossFit gyms that is for everyone. Whatever level of fitness, the coaches have you covered to make sure you can complete the workouts and not die at the end. The community of members is unbelievable. So many cheers of encouragement to push you to achieve your goals and a hell of a lot of sweaty high-fives at the end of a workout. Come and join CrossFit Karuna, you will not be disappointed!!

There are not enough words to describe Karuna. Karuna is my entire self-care in one place. The community spirit, daily encouragement and beautiful people add to the soul of Karuna. Jake and Jenna are full of knowledge, encouragement and have a special way of giving you those ‘lightbulb’ moments to help you tweak your technique. They are also especially good at working around any issues you may have and working out movements to suit your needs. The gym itself is first rate and full of all the equipment needed to get yourself moving on a daily basis! Love Karuna!
