I have been seeing Svitlana for the past two years now, following a back injury. Pilates has been a great solution for that and allowed me to continue playing the sports I like.Svitlana helped me understand my body better and move with more awareness. Svitlana is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I'm planning to continue doing 1 on 1 with her as it really helped strengthen my body and reduce the risk of injury. Svitlana always starts by checking where pain or restricted movement may be present before commencing the massage. My lower back, neck and shoulder pain has reduced and my range of movement has improved after a massage. I leave feeling relaxed and am able to move more freely without pain.

I have been attending Energy Pilates twice a week, for over 2 years. Svitlana is an extremely knowledgeable instructor and I always feel so much better at the end of every class. I am stronger and a lot more flexible since starting pilates. After attempting to manage a spinal injury with a range of treatments and therapies for over 40 years since an accident, I decided to book in for Pilates with Svitlana. Now the spinal issue is well under control and I have the added benefit of getting the rest of the body in order. I always go away from Pilates feeling better than when I arrived as Svitlana customises exercises to suit what is affected at the time.

Feeling better after my first session I had a fall three weeks ago and couldn't walk without pain. Cannot wait until next session to feel even better.
