Great service, knowledge and understanding by the Summerwave team to effectively choose the right Heat Pump for my application. I had been phoning around looking for information regarding picking the right Heat Pump and had been dismissed by many others as it seemed I was asking to many questions and not putting money down. The Summerwave team ran me through everything and ensured I understood what I was purchasing and why. I highly recommend them and their product.

I bought 3x Summerwave 250 setup on a 100,000 litre pool. We heated our 100,000 liter pool to 40 degrees in the middle of winter and during sunlight hours only (with a blanket, and powered from solar panels). they work very well, reasonably quiet (like an aircon) , support is great. Only had one small issue over the last 2 years, which ended up being a temperature sensor on one of the pumps. The sensor was replaced under warranty and i was able to do it over a phone call with some clear instructions. I did my research, these guys use quality components.

Top service from Summerwave. We fitted the Inverx heat pump ourselves, it was very easy. It took a day for our pool to go from 18c to 29c, very happy with the unit, very quiet. Would highly recommend this company.

Hi,I have a Summerwave Electric Heat pump I purchased more than 4 years ago. My unit had a component failure and after I checked my invoices I realised it was out of warranty. So thinking the worst I contacted yourselves, and spoke to Ben, who has done an amazing job assisting me (licensed electrician) fault find the issue and source part which he posted and arrived within days.Summerwave heat pumps could easily have ignored my requests being out of warranty but went above and beyond, assisting me until the unit is now back online. Just like to say thanks to your company and to Ben, whose technical knowledge is outstanding as well as being very understanding and friendly during the whole repair process. I also appreciated the pricing on the part and the support from your company.

I have had my summerwave pool heat pump 21kw for 3 years going great!

We bought the 22kw top vented pool heater for our 50,000 litre pool. With a pool cover, we run the pool at around 30 degrees during summer and shoulder seasons, power is offset with a 6kw solar array.The unit itself is great - $2500 cheaper than the competition but using the same quality parts and mechanisms. It worked flawlessly over summer, looks great, and is quiet.Two recommendations - first is to make sure you find an installer before you buy - many of the installers I tried to get to install it refused - i think its something to do with commissions.Second - try to keep your pipe runs short, or insulate them to avoid thermal losses from the heated water returning to the pool. Not a big deal over summer, but in the shoulder seasons seemed to make a difference.Thanks Guys for making everything possible!

I did plenty of research before purchasing a Summerwave heat pump, from performance to value and back up service these guys won hands down! From my first call to full install and up and running these guys have been outstanding, great service.

Fantastic service from these guys and lady. I puchased the 22kw Turbo boost heat pump and fitted it myself !! with a little help lol, all up and running and very quiet, the pool is 28c and its August, fantastic, would highly recommend.
