Premier Care treated me extremely badly when I reported one of their careworkers stealing $500 from me in February this year. I used to be their client under the ndis scheme and their careworkers came to my house every Thursday to help me with housework shopping and going to appointments. I got screamed at belittled and made to feel like I was the worst person in the world for reporting the theft. The head of this company spoke nicely to me but she steadfastly refused to offer any assistance whatsoever. Sometimes they just ignored my phonecalls. Im on a disability support pension and for me $500 was a lot of money to lose. And for the first time in years i had to take out a centrelink loan just to stay afloat which put me into even worse financial hardship. But they just couldnt care less. The way they screamed at me belittled me ignored me and refused to offer me any assistance over this matter makes me feel they dont really care about their disabled clients.
