Great team of staff and doctors here. I was also a patient at CY O’Connor Village, living locally in Piara Waters is the main reason for continuing to come to this clinic. Although they are no longer fully bulk billed I will see come to the clinic.

Dr Shazlee Shazma has been amazing every time we visit her for my son’s recent illnesses. Being 17 months old, he is very particular about doctors visits, and Dr Shazma has great bedside manner to deal with him. Her diagnosis and medical advice are always insightful and we take her recommendations on board. I would suggest to any parent with infant children to see Dr Shazma at this practice.

Disgusting the way they treat their patients. So many different people telling you different things about fees and what is charged and what isn’t. I used to go to the doctors near CY O’Conner and since been moved here there has been a drastic decline in patient care. I will never return nor would I advise anyone to go.

The reception lady on the 4/12 night was exceptional and helpful . She was so on it when I told her I cant make it to the clinic because I found out im positive covid and she still taking me as new patient to have telehealth appointment with Dr Hassan. He was so thorough and listened to my concerns. So thankful that i could find last minute booking and they were so welcoming!

I’ve seen many GPs, and Dr James Teow is the best! He is professional,friendly and helpful. I always recommend my family and friends to see Dr James. Best doctor ever!

Dr. Priya was absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for her patients. Everyone there was super friendly, over all great experience.

A medical centre that tries to charge patients for over-medical expenses through unnecessary and unwanted checkups. I realized after visiting this medical centre that doctors are no longer a job for life, but a salesperson for money from person. Please avoid here. They're trying to turn a healthy person into a patient.Reply your answer : Is it your legal responsibility to create your own form at the medical centre and get additional checkups and additional medical treatment for it, in addition to the form provided by the Australian government? Even though I said that the data was not accurate because I already ate a meal for the test you conducted, I received an answer that I should get a specialist's diagnosis or an additional diagnosis to pass the document. When I asked your doctor if there would be any additional costs, he answered yes very clearly. What kind of judgment should I make here? If it was a normal doctor's opinion with data already damaged, follow-up the status or recommendation of some nutritional supplements would have been enough. (Magnesium, GTF, Leucine etc.)Okay, so you know that Asians have a pancreas that's about 15% shorter than other races, right? And in certain Asian countries, blood sugar is measured above average because of the unique food culture, and in fact, in some countries, 30% of the population is expected to be high. Even a little improvement in the food culture bring it back to normal.It's not like all customers have no medical knowledge.I have no intention of visiting your medical centre again, and I have no intention of deleting this review. I will visit to the other medical centre and following normal procedures.And you mentioned the legal part and I have my own lawyer and law firm, and I run the largest Influence channel in Australia, so please keep that in mind carefully.

Without shadow of doubt, best doctors, staff and medical environment are in this medical centre.The perfect patient’s medical relationship can clearly be illustrated in this clinic.On behalf of myself, my family and the people I recommend this clinic to, thank you so much.

Dr Asaad has been guiding me through a very difficult 2 years with chronic foot pain. With his care and dedication to his patients I am finally pain free. I cannot thank you enough. The wonderful staff also are very caring and attentive.

Piara waters is very special medical centre great reception girls always polite and extremely helpful which is rare in some medical centers now the dr’s there are so thorough and very knowledgeable and actually listen to you and spend time they don’t rush you out the door you are treated like a human being not a number ! I recommend all the Dr’s there so happy I finally found a medical centre who care about their patients now my whole family go there
