Went looking for outside lighting for van Tried the big bigger stores first where there were no staff or they didn't care I found Cairns Caravan Accessories very surprised the range of products they have in stock for caravans and anything marine The friendly staff showed me a few options and went with led strip light Good to see old fashion customer service at its bestWell done I highly recommend them for any thing you needI rate you 10/10 I'll defiantly be a return customerTHANKS STEVE

Thank youWe have been searching for a part for our caravan for months (in lots of towns) And Cassie has been the only sales person to take any real interest on the part needed, asked questions took photos and got back to us with what she'd found out, though not successful yet still working on it.So if you are looking for caravan accessories this is place is worth a look.

Walked in, looked around, spent about 20 minutes looking through products, staff observed us, nobody actually acknowledged us or offered assistance. Pretty disappointing, range wasn't huge either. No wonder people buy everything off eBay... genuinely wanted to deal locally.EDIT... I walked to the counter, one of the salespersons was explaining a procedure to another, they noticed my approach, so I assumed they'd be over when done. I couldn't find exactly what I was after and walked the same isles several times.

Shopping bliss! Rang on Monday at lunchtime (my bad) and spoke to Wade who promptly took my order for a new camec door handle kit, processed the payment and took my address for posting to yungaburra. Such a pleasure and painless procedure. Then I was totally blown away the next morning when my handle arrived in the post!I don’t often rate at 10/10 or 5 star but this company deserves credit for being friendly fast and efficient.
