I think over the past 10 years I have seen everyone of the doctors and each of them have shown the respect and compassion expected, living in Patterson lakes Doctor Gopathy has dropped everything and run over to assist me and my mother when my father died .I'm sure the clinic had to cover for him and this might be one of the reasons why your wait was long or your appointment was changed, all I can say is how the clinic supported me and both my parents and my children and that is 5 star.

Went on tbe weekend with my husband first time, lovely girls at front desk very nice. Drs great got our vaccine today. Warm and welcoming so clean .

A family friendly medical clinic but was surprised to see two doctors and a medical receptionist not covering their noses with their surgical masks each time I go there, like today again, 12/10/21!I would have expected better as also showing a good example to patients entering!Other the doctors and staff are a fantastic bunch!

Disgusted at the information I received from your 'trained' receptionist. Called to ask if the Pzifer vaccine was available in the clinic for pregnant women, to which I got the response is it even approved yet"? She then said I would have to go to the hub as I am not a patient

We have been going to The Cove Medical Centre for years and, we were always treated with care and respect. The Reception ladies are adorable and they are always in good spirit. We also get our appointments quicky. Our GP (Dr M. Wickramashingwe) is very thorough , professional and caring. The rooms are beautifully decorated. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Our family have been going for years with little to no issues, until today DR WIK spoke to my wife horribly made her feel horrible , he wouldnt help my sick 1 year old daughter who produced a negative covid test from Tuesday, we are disgusted with your service and how he treated us and will never go back.. Do not go to this Medical Centre they are Horrible especially Dr WIK

Reception seem OK, but the doctors are just after your money. Avoid Dr. Julia, took 7 weeks to diagnose what took another Dr elsewhere 1 visit. Avoid at all co$ts.
