Highly recommended. Bright and honest people. They came home to find and fix a sneaky gas leak. Justin was fun, explained everything and fixed the issue. Natasha from the office was also very helpful and was always on top of things. Great team! If you have gas plumbing issues/work, call them up.

Had an issue with only luke warm water from hot water unit. The plumber came and basically had the water running continuously from three different taps for approximately 50 minutes. The diagnosis was a new hot water heater could be supplied and fitted for $1780. Paid $165 on the day of the visit and still no hot water. I did a bit of homework and had the issue fixed for less than $27. After writing to the plumber saying I felt ripped off" and requesting a partial refund

This company works under racv. The plumber is not competent and has no basic customer service skills whatsoever. They have no idea how to quote or even send an invoice through with relevant details. The plumber went on lunch for an hour and charged $150 an hour for his lunch break. Don’t recommend at all.
