Jens pasta making (and eating) class was such an amazing experience I did it again!! The location is absolutely stunning, the cooking class is lively, informative and fun. and the eating was DELICIOUS. If I could award more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend this as a birthday, anniversary or any kind of gift and experience. Superb

A wonderful Italian culinary experience with all the trimmings. Thank-you Jen and Vince.Jen patiently taught us how to make gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli, delicious sauces, scacce bread, tiramasu and biscotti. In a fun and relaxed atmosphere we worked together using all the prepared ingredients and cooking utensils. Jen’s lovely assistant Sue, worked tirelessly in the background clearing, supervising the baking and cooking up what we had made.With a feast ready to eat, we relaxed and ate together in a delightful Tuscan setting.Jen not only taught us how to make this wonderful Italian food but we also learnt many basic and useful cooking skills.A day at ‘Our Italian Table’ is not to be missed.

I had the most amazing experience at this Italian cooking school! From start to finish, it was a day filled with culinary delights and valuable lessons.Jen and her team deserve immense appreciation for their expertise and warm hospitality. Attending Our Italian Table kicked off a weekend of celebrations in the Hunter Valley for my wife's birthday. What an experience, we had an absolute blast spending a few hours with Jen and Sue learning to make (and eat) all kinds of Italian delights.We have not stopped talking about the experience, something which was not just a great day spent together but learning new skills we can both use to bring others together around our table……………..Cannot wait to return sometime soon to learn more of your culinary skills. I received a gift voucher for a pasta cooking day. It was fantastic. Very well organised, and a small group (maximum 10 people). We were all involved in the cooking, I learnt heaps and it was a lot of fun. It was lovely to sit down and enjoy the meal at the end. The food was so yummy!! I would definitely go back again and I will be giving out a few gift vouchers to friends who I know will enjoy this too.

What an incredible way to spend a day in the Hunter Valley. As you step on to the picturesque property you feel as if you have been transported far away. Jen was a warm and gracious host who worked her magic in quickly bonding the group together. The class was fun and full of tips that will be useful in our home kitchen. Enjoying the delicious food in such a perfect location, made the day so memorable. Highly recommend as a unique experience in the Hunter Valley.

Incredible experience! Could not recommend highly enough.Beautiful location, felt like we were in Italy. Jen is fantastic and really friendly and encouraging. We learnt so much and are excited to recreate the recipes at home.Great day, will definitely be back!
