McDonald's Scone
Nice place. Always tidy, including the toilets (restrooms). Usually very capable, friendly people working who are quiet quick with your order.

I entered & placed my order at 7.10 am. Sunday morning. I was the only customer inside. A few minutes later 2 more came in. The drive thruwas steady. I waited 10 minutes for my order while the vehicles orders were constantly going. Eventually when I got mine at least the staff member apologized for the delay.

Staff more interested in talking to friends then serving customers.I learnt all about their social going on's wether I wanted too or not.Didn't seem really interested in serving dine in customers more interested in drive thru.

The staff were extremely rude and were too busy talking to each other then focusing on what they needed to do. It appeared more like a gossip session wlfor the staff and the manager couldn't careless

The most caring staff I’ve ever met at a McDonald’s! The food is always fresh, the restaurant is cleaner than any McDonald’s I’ve been to. The managers especially always go above and beyond to make sure you are safe comfortable and looked after which is something that is very rare for a fast food chain. Would definitely rather go to Scone McDonalds than the other ones near by!

The food took 40 Minutes to be ready, once it was ready they had my order completely wrong, even though i asked for no ketchup and mustard due to me being allergic to an ingredient in the ketchup, they still added it! They got my friends order wrong aswell, she ordered a classic chicken salad and they gave her a Cesar chicken salad, she is wheat intolerant meaning she couldn’t touch this meal either.

Food was quick and hot. Massive play area got kids, easy to turn off to with the Scone bypass in place.

Your usual Macca's,Cafe was clean & tidy & so were the toiletsl. I called in at a busy time, mid afternoon on a Sunday, but all the young staff there were efficient, friendly & helpful, especially when I couldn't use those stupid order boards. Didn't have to wait long for my hot cappuccino & my fresh tasting blueberry muffin. A good place to stop for a break when travelling
