The food was as expected, but really the service was superb. Yes, we were the only people but the guy who served us was extremely polite and courteous. His parents certainly raised him well. Not sure of his name, but he was working on the 23rd at approximately 12pm.

I came in today around 12pm and was served by Jared. He had so much patience and respect and great customer serive as soon as we walked in. By far best red rooster I've been to and the best customer service I've ever had. Thanks Jared for the great service!

Asked for a chicken roll combo and waited 7 minutes for it and when it finally came it was wet, soggy & flat...they must have defrosted it in the microwave....it's not the staff's fault as they were lovely but Red Rooster get your act together and have the appropriate ovens to present your customers with an edible chicken roll....$15 and .it was the worst roll I have ever had and threw half of it away as it made me feel sick so luckly I had the chips to eat ...I'm disappointed as I hadn't eaten all day and it was raining and I chose Red Rooster Beaudesert thinking I will get a quick tasty fresh hot dinner...I was totally mistaken!!!...whoever owns the franchise needs to seriously fix this problem.

First time ever, have I had to write a negative review on our local store. Two nights ago, bought a chicken pack which Inc 1x chicken, large potato and gravy, large chips, 12 cheesy nuggets. Should have got 8 corn wheels but had run out of stock but replaced with a garlic bread. We live 7 minutes away from the store, so should of still been hot. Instead, the chicken was barley warm and dried up to the point the breast had split down the centre, it was that dry. Chips were very average, potato consisted of 30% potato, rest was lumpy gravy, nuggets were over cooked to the point they were crispy. I never complain, as the service and product is usually exceptional. But for just on $40.00, yes to be a tad annoyed is an understatement. The 4 pineapple rings, we're great. Will we go back, of course we will, as I'm hoping this was a one off.

I cannot rate this red rooster high enough. I always go to the drive-thru, always get fresh food without asking (unlike McDonald's or KFC in Beauy), and generally the exact same order. I never eat in so cannot comment on the dirtiness on tables that is mentioned in a few negative reviews, but honestly if it's too hard to ask for a table wipe before a bad review, then those people need to get a life! The food is always delicious and fresh, the staff have always been friendly and patient (I have a pretty broad English accent and change the order quite a lot so patience is always appreciated).Special mention, huge thanks and well done go out to the young lad Travis who works at this branch. He is absolutely wonderful at his job and a pleasure to talk to at the window. He clearly has a huge care to giving his role everything which is very special to find amongst the younger generation, especially lately. Travis you are a beautiful kid and I'm sure you have a heart of gold to go with it. Your parents should be super proud! Well done mate, 10/10 service (coming from someone who's worked in hospitality for 14 years)!! See you next time!

I usually don’t write reviews but thought I should today, firstly got ignored by staff when trying to order, they are slow to serve, get order out and they are all giggling in the back, less then impressed for a rural store this behaviour was unusual

Service was poor, tables were dirty, floor was greasy, you could clearly see how the mop had spread grease everywhere. Slipped as we came in the door. Won't be back .
