I've found this business to be polite and responsive. For instance, I locked myself out of my apartment recently after hours about 7pm, and I called Scott the agent, who had the spare key. He offered to drive from his home to the apartment with the spare keys, with his children in the backseat! Certainly beyond the call of duty, as it saved me the cost of a locksmith. Also I commend Scott on his above-average skills in knowing how to present a home, and ability to recommend what aspects of an apartment need some improvements or renovation. That has helped my sale process. Thanks Scott.

Craig and his team had a very high level of expertise on all matters related to the sale of our home. The team were open, honest and realistic from the beginning of the process and guided us through the process with ease despite COVID-19 challenges. My wife and I felt the team obtained the best possible outcome for us. Craig Lichfield was our agent for the sale of our apartment in McMahon’s point. We were very satisfied at the outcome- the property sold within a week and Craig's advice as to price and timing was excellent and accurate, enabling us to complete the sale by 23 March. Under the extraordinary circumstances Craig’s advice was enormously helpful in achieving an excellent sale just prior to the lockdown. We would certainly recommend his skills and market knowledge to anyone selling or buying in the McMahon’s area. In summary, excellent service and advice.

We rented through the agency a property in Blues Point Road and had a fantastic experience with them. Ashton and Amanda were extremely patient and very helpful in setting up the rental. Any issues we had were resolved in no time and they are just extremely kind and caring people.Towards the end of our tenancy the landlord decided to sell the property and Craig and Scott made were very considerate in the entire process towards us with viewings and managed to sell the property in no time. Over all the entire team is extremely professional, considerate and have always their clients' interest at heart. Unexpectedly i have to write it here because they are not replying at all over phone and email.They did not refunded my money of $275 for a week’s rent and due to unexpected circumstances I have to move interstate and Susan told me she gonna refund once her manager Amanda will be back but it’s been more 2 month no response! They charged the same weeks rent from another tenant and didn’t refunded mine .it’s a clear fraud just took advantage of my circumstance.

Scott's knowledge of the local market was essential in securing a buyer for our property. He used his professional contacts to create interest in the lead-up to the auction. Scott achieved a good price for our property. As well, Scott told us his strategy in our first meeting. He then kept us informed throughout the campaign. We liked his communication style, tenacity to follow up, and his approach. Scott's professionalism made us feel like we were in good hands. He is a very competent and diligent agent.

Placed about 7 requests to look at places over a week through Domain - no response. Rang agency and explained what I was after. I got a call from agent explained again what was after and that looking to buy. I advised that I had sent through many requests and was told none received. I advised we would like to be taken through a number properties advertised through Domain within a 45 min block as we were travelling 2 hours and looking at many properties. Told by agent that Saturdays are a high traffic day" and that it was not worth his while doing this. Astonishing! Left at that thinking poor buyers. Call this morning from partner asking what I was after. He had not spoken to his partner or receptionist about what I was after. I advised him (or tried to) what I had been told yesterday by his partner and went on to explain what we were after for a third time. He was not happy hearing my complaint and said something like "do you want me to help or not". He talked over me and would not listen to my valid complaint and hung up. Shame for sellers as I was very clear about wanting to look at a number of properties with a view to buy. I appreciate that this is a hard time with 1 to 1 visits but to be told "not worth my while" is not fair to sellers. Lazy and immoral - sure the sellers aren't aware of this. Vey unprofessional having my valid complaints totally dismissed through bullying talking over and hanging up on a potential buyer raising valid issues. In contrast to this advice we have 3 other agencies taking us to a variety of places tomorrow- each one happy to book in 1 hour windows to show us a range of properties. I have received calls from these 3 agencies in response to my Domain queries and they have proactively alerted me to a range of properties to view. Will never use this service. The rudeness I am sure will be reflected in the response to this post. Poor buyers - we were ready to buy and all we asked is can we look at these places. Shame"

I chose this agency to manage my property because they were local" and I wanted to support local but they were so unprofessional in every aspect of managing my property. Examples of where they failed:- no inspections were conducted until I asked them to conduct an inspection half way through the tenancy. After it was done I didn't get an inspection report just an email confirming that the tenant made their bed and washed their dishes- at termination of the tenancy they conducted an inspection however they missed so many things including missing inventory and broken lamp

Very unprofessional treatment by the agent (Susan). She demanded that the property is not meeting her cleaning standards but avoided to let me call the cleaners to come back and fix any issues instead without my permission paid $260 (over $600 in total) to her own choice of cleaners to come and clean an already cleaned unit. This is likely illegal to do. Also without any reason she wanted all the functioning bulbs to be replaced for another $250 and threw mine away because she liked to. Relatively shocked by this agency and very sorry for the next person.

I feel sorry for landlords who list their property for sale with this agency. I look to invest and agent Kayla never returns my calls or chase her leads, no wonder this property has not been sold yet!
