Very very very untrustworthy printer . It’s very very very expensive to run this printer . You can’t run this printer without buying their software each year which they don’t mention when you buy their printer . We spent close to $4000 + each year running cost is $500 + $150 for cartridges which which does 2600 small label .Go for this printer if you have plenty of money. .Ok just adding further to your reply . You are probably 100% right what you have replied and I was talking about same thing . When bought the printer we clearly asked about all those things but by giving nicely covered falls information nobody said about this charges .So if anyone going for this printer be careful about their hidden charges which very expensive to run for any small business .
