JET Charge

Really disappointing. It all started off well with a quick and comprehensive quote. But when it came to organising installation / getting updates from the company, it was comedic. Emails and calls left unanswered and when I did finally get through to people and was promised on three separate occasions that “someone will call you today to arrange installation” I just gave up.Lucky there are a lot of other EV charger installers around who can be trusted to get the job done (Dean at Sydney EV Chargers was awesome).

Neat and tidy installation, and the installer was very professional. He was able to install our charger at our preferred location, even though this was a bit more challenging. It will enable us to easily charge two cars if we get a second electric car in future

Out of the box thinking from this crew - literally. The only team to come up with a solution to avoid working with an asbestos switchboard where others quoted an additional 2k to have it removed. The service from when I made my initial enquiry through to installation was brilliant. I think it was Peter and Mason who installed my charger - solid pair, really appreciated how friendly they were and clearly passionate about delivering green tech.

The installation team were amazing - they worked through multiple options for a challenging installation. They arrived promptly, were neat and tidy, and the end result looks amazing. They were also great with my 4 year old who wanted to try and help all day! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent serviceFrom the speedy replies and installation to theyoung man who came installed (can remeber his name) was friendly, helpful and looked at multiple options for installing the cable to best suit us and the house. He was fast and tidy and he did an excellent job! And the ugly switch beside is compulsory in victoria.

Absolutely stellar install on a pretty tricky job. Jayden and Sam managed to install a Tesla wall charger inside my garage without the need to have conduit on any of the internal walls. No easy feat given there is no manhole access to the garage and the power board is on the other side of the house. Not to mention they arrived bang on time and were exceptionally communicative and courteous. I can't recommend them highly enough and definitely speak to Simon to get things going.

I would like to share my pathetic experience with them. I booked an appointment with them via phone. They send me an online form which asks for photo etc. which I filled in and I got a Quote after booking an appointment I called them as well to confirm the timings as I haven't got any automated email. I briefed them again on Job like mine is a double storey house which they can also see in photos etc. They said don't worry all good.Now today the technician came and before seeing anything he said yours is a double storey house and the price we have Quoted is not for double storey house. This was bit disappointing I do understand when the technician will come home things might change but not before seeing anything and just knocking at the door.Very disappointing experience.

Sub contractor was excellent. Customer contact was good. Invoice took a few weeks to appear but overall great company to deal with. I'll need another wall charger in the near future and I'll be back
