Anne was recommended by my son.We were welcomed by Anne and she set us at ease straight away.I didn’t have any up to date photos of myself,husband and daughter and decided to do a glamorous photo shoot.The experience was great.Our makeup was done and Anne was able to supply evening gowns for both my daughter and myself.The photos that Anne took were absolutely beautiful and when I collected the ones that we had chosen and seeing them all beautifully frame took my breathe away.The photos were absolutely stunning.I would highly recommend Anne Higgs Photography to friends who are after photos that will last a lifetime.

Anne is true professional and makes you feel very comfortable for a photo shoot. I've had a few work shots done over the years with her and the outcome has been excellent. I definitely recommend Anne Higgs Photography for all occasions.

My partner and I were really happy with the pictures and the direction received for taking the photos. However, just a heads up before going into the shoot you should be prepared and aware of how much the photos cost. We felt like we were blind sighted by the bill and couldn’t believe how expensive it was. We paid $895 for 10 digital photos.To a young couple we felt pressured and that we couldn’t leave without purchasing the photos as the pricing was only discussed after the photos.

Ann has been one of those people whom lifts others up. As a 47 year old paraplegic who is confined in a wheelchair, I found Ann to go above and beyond to help me get those special photos that you will cherish.I was not looking forward to having photos as I'm not only in a wheelchair but I am a plus size person who has issues with my weight and apperance.Ann and Lisa came out to my home as I couldn't access her studio as there are stairs. Both ladies were exceptional, I really loved my makeup Lisa did and Ann was able to find places within my home that were suitable for lighting and all other elements required for those perfect shots.If you have a disability or you are a plus size person don't put off having a glamour shoot as Ann will ensure that you are comfortable and you will surprise yourself with how great your photographs turn out.Thank you so much Ann.Katie

I had the lovely experience of meeting Anne for the first time on Thursday after a recommendation from a friend. From the minute I arrived I knew I was in safe hands. Anne made me feel comfortable throughout the sitting and due to my lack of experience was able to direct me to get the best photographs possible. I really was amazed how well they turned out. Due to the distance I had travelled Anne even arranged for me to wait and see the photo's so I was happy with them, and wouldn't need to travel back. The studio is beautiful, easy to get to and there was parking close by. If you are thinking of having photo's taken you would never be disappointed using Anne Higgs.

I had a great experience at my recent photo shoot at the Anne Higgs Photography Studio. I couldn't recommend this photographer more highly. A very friendly & relaxed environment to work in & the end the product were just great shots, exactly what I had planned & also what we had discussed just before the shoot. Yes I'll definitely be back for more! Great job Anne.

My daughter and I had our first time professional photography session with Ann. She is very professional within her work yet made my daughter and I feel very comfortable throughout our session. Upon reviewing our photos I was brought to tears as she captured a special essence that we will treasure for ever. I highly recommend Ann and would be sure to utilise her in future.

Possibly the worst financial decision I've ever made.The make up took over 45 minutes and was awful. While the covering up of blemishes was good, the rest of it was inaccurate and over the top. I looked ridiculous and my son didn't even recognise me.Very little time was spent taking photos. I was given direction but looking at the result improvements still could have been made.My son was awkward around me and I had to hold him to not run away. He didn't have time to get comfortable and there was nothing to draw his attention to where he should have been looking.I bought a photo book for $2300 containing 33 photos, and it appears as though the photos were just placed by an app and not a human. A number of them go over the crease in the middle, ruining the photos.I can't tell if the digital copies were actually edited by a professional. They look to be using some simple filter to soften everything and make it look out of focus. The file sizes were about 900kB each, as opposed to the 40-50MB you would expect from professional photos.Overall a super disappointing experience.
