Very small swim area. No leisure swimming allowed. Only 2 bathrooms out of 4 are working.

They have so many offers and promotions, but when you actually miss a class because your child is sick with covid and it is your final week of swimming, you basically lose your money.We had 5 weeks of swimming, kids were sick for two weeks, wasn't able to book a class because they were all full after school time and we lost 2 sessions for 2 kids and they just say THIS IS IT!Also the water is so cold that children's lips get purple colour.

Staff seem to not be interested or happy. My daughter has a different teacher each week as sessions are always cancelled. Lots of parents looking to move to other swim schools as this school isn't up to standard.

Great swimming school, all teachers are engaged with the kids. Been to others and feels like the teachers just don’t want to be there no instruction.Small classes with continuity. All teachers are friendly and caring, reception is always helpful and friendly. Easy log in too!Great experience!

My daughter started infant swim play yesterday. It was an absolutely amazing experience for her. I was really impressed with the variety of activities and the enthusiasm from the two girls running the class.

Extremely professional and lovely. It is an extremely well run swim school where the correct technique is taught by experienced and knowledgeable staff. My son loves his lessons. Definitely recommend.
