What a pleasurable experience!!Firstly sale time and bargains galore but what’s the point of having sales without having the quality staff to match.Ali was great, very helpful whilst not over selling and with a keen eye for what I was after. Found me a cracker pair of jeans at 40% off!! LegendThen I had Saea take over when Ali went on break. This man knows his stuff. Product knowledge accompanied by the care for clients and taking time to understand my wants was really something I haven’t had in a while.Great service with good banter, take a drive to Glue store Chatswood and see for yourself!Thanks guys I’ll be back

The staff in the chatswood store are so lovely they all made an effort to say hi how are you and asked if i needed any help and even got a couple compliments on my outfit!! Friendly staff goes a very long way

Saea and his team are amazing! When there were some challenges with my NSW back to school vouchers, they did everything they could to help and it all worked out in the end. Nothing was too much trouble and all done in a friendly way. We will definitely be going back. This is what great customer service is all about.

I noticed the Aussie workers tend to give a better service to Aussie customers. When comes to Asian customers, they tend to stay away. I’m Asian from the US didn’t get used to this because all the shops in the US give great customer service to everyone. I think the workers here need to learn from US.

That was 30 minutes of my life I will not get back because there are exclusions" and the item I was buying was not included in sale. Either they don't understand the meaning of storewide or they pretend not to. Either way

Music waaaayyy to loud.Great choice of music but it’s just too loud. Really wanted to look at the clothes as they have some lovey stuff, but I had to leave as it was just too stressful.
