Was once a reputable business, but ever since Glen left the standards have gone down. Things aren't taken care of real easy anymore. Staff isn't as friendly without his positivity, the little ones don't get free candy anymore it's a travesty! Even Caltex is a better servo now. The best holiday place in the world marred by this once swell establishment.

My old pal Glen invited me to vacation in North Cairns as its the best holiday place in the world. My rental car needs gas and you already know the only place I was going to is Mobil on Sheridan! Glen was real sweet with my little ones as always, as well as my mom and my sister, who apparently have already met" him before on multiple occasions. Other than that

In awe really. You know you think you're clever, but you're not as clever as Glenn's IQ of 180.Nothing is a problem for this legend. He'll happily run you over with his bike, not a problem for him to do that.My 4 year old daughter got a personal tour out back of the service station with Glenn. She was walking a bit funny when she came back though, not sure why.Anyway, don't just trust me. Check how many taxis pile up just to use Mobil north Cairns. A clear sign of manners and respect for the best service station in the best holiday place in the world.

I stopped here to pick up an IQ test (no clue if I spelled that right). After getting past the long line of taxis waiting out front, I walked in on the employee Glenn screaming and threatening someone on the phone. I was taken back, but he put me at ease when he interrupted his call to serve me. He was definitely brought up with some manners and some respect!On my way out, he seemed to be calling up a taxi, but he was somehow already outside when I was leaving. He nearly hit me with his bike as I was walking to the cemetery across the street, but it was no problem. He's a positive mate!

Glen is amazing, he helped me pumping diesel and even offered to run someone over on his bike if they were troubling me, not a problem! I got the impression he has a 180 IQ which he has later confirmed me so. I called him later to thank him for his services but I got connected with the Cairns Police Department. Sergeant Maloney was very nice to me though.

Poor customer service from redhead kid tonight.

Had a great time here! Glen in particular was a highlight, he was very friendly with the kids I saw, he told me he likes the little ones. He also had some great stories about how he visits the cemetery all the time because he keeps burying people there. I had a near miss with him on his bike but it's all good

I've had lots of positive experiences here. It's very clean and modern. Always feel safe in the evenings here. The staff are always kind. They have window washers available to use and they are all in good shape. You can also put air and water in your car here - you just need to ask for the hose at the counter. Good variety of products in store as well.

My name is Faylen today the 23rd of may 23, I got fuel, and some food. The short blonde hair lady was very rude to me. I been having people steeling money from my account so now I put all my money in a different account, I have to transfer my money over every time I pay for something. I said to her sorry I have to transfer money over, she got huffy and severe the guy behind me. I explained what’s been happening to me with my bank account, she then said rudely to me I can’t wait til you transfer the money, I need to serve other people. I go to this servo all the time. The only one that’s really friendly is the one with the hair tired back, all the others are not friendly, they never smile. I’m Sick, and tired of being treated like I’m not important at this servo. I’m a paying customer I should get respect, I never disrespectful To the staff, I didn’t do anything wrong. I always smile, and I’m always very friendly to the staff. Today was the last straw, I won’t be coming to the service station anymore. I hope something gets done about this. I bet other people have problems like me. It’s Very pore custom Service.
