Hi I hope you all find this review helpful, I had been referred to Universal Electrical QLD by a friend who had solar panels installed and they were impressed with the service. So I Googled the company for reviews and was surprised by a negative review until I realised it was for a Sydney based company. So I contacted UESQ to provide a quote to compare to one I already had for reno work the quote was comparative but I went with UESQ because of the level of care and service i received. I have now booked them to do a 6Kw solar install once my renovations are completed. Thanks again to the USEQ team.

I have used Matt from Universal Electrical Services for many different items both at my investment property and the home where I live. From repairing light fixtures to installing air conditioning. Matt always provides great advice and offers a service that is affordable. Would highly recommend.

Had a minor fault fixed by universal electrical, but we inadvertently got talking about my aircon install via Bunnings.I had huge problems with the Bunnings install but the whole time Matt kept checking in, to see how the issues were resolved, even though it wasn’t his job to do so.Wish I had got Universal to install it in the first place and I might have had aircon on by now.Awesome customer service.Universal Electrical go the extra mile, great customer contact.Highly recommended.

Matty and the boys set up our car yard at 3371 pacific hwy slacks.Best buy autos u cant miss us from the freeway thanks to matty and the boys the lighting they designed really have livened the place up.Also the cold air conditioning makes it feel like winter everyday the speaker systems sound like a live band is in the yard.Big job was done in exceptional time and a very competitive price on top of all that matty and boys are all down to earth larikins.Thanks boys.

Universal installed a 6kw solar system and a few power point etc for us. They provided a free quote which was well under industry standard. They were fast, efficient and reliable. I would not hesitate to recomend this company to anyone who needs electrical work. Will definetly be using them in the future.
