When I approached Baird& Hayes regarding a boundary realignment on a rural property I had no idea of the process or the council red tape that we would have to be navigated. Liam and the team were able to explain the entire process step by step in layman's terms as well as completing the process below the given price estimate. Overall very happy with the service provided.

We used the services of Baird and Hayes to have an easement surveyed and registered on our property. They have been the most amazing company to deal with from start to finish. Its been an absolute pleasure working with Liam and the team at Baird & Hayes! We had an odd shaped Lot and Liam was great at navigating us through the intricacies of the boundary realignment process - from outlining all the steps involved, the costs, & working with the council on our behalf. Even though there were a few tricky situations along the way, Liam went above and beyond in order to reach an acceptable outcome! My wife and I really appreciated all the help with this, and I would highly recommend this local small business!

I highly recommend Baird & Hayes. I can’t thank them enough, particularly the support of Liam. We had a very unique subdivision / boundary realignment need on a property with several overlays. Liam was supportive and informative through the whole process. He took the time to answer any questions I had, clearly explaining the council’s requests and what they entailed, and he always gave me options when they were available to the next steps forward.I will definitely be using B&H again should I need to in the future.
