Lawson Hill Estate

Lawson Hill Estate is an awesome place to stay whilst visiting Mudgee and the surrounds. I cannot recomend it highly enough. The Cottage is has been recently renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom that look great. It is very spacious with two large bedrooms with comfortable king beds, a large kitchen with everything you need, a great indoor fire and an outdoor firepit. Wood is provided and the kitchen is well stocked with tea/cofee and basics. There is also a reverse cycle air con/heater in the main kitchen/lounge/dining area. The outlook is beautiful as you look over green fields and dams with sheep and kangaroos. Jenni is a brilliant host and is very timely in her responses. The walk to the top of the hill on the property is well worth it for sunset. 5 out of 5.

We have stayed here several times and love the place, it is always clean and tidy and the outdoor fire pit really is great in winter. Jenni is always fantastic to respond to any questions you have and is a great host, definitely recommend Lawson Hill Estate.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful bush setting and so comfortable and private. The cottage is very clean and well equipped and Jenni is a very thoughtful and organised host.

This was the third time we have stayed here ! It’s a delightful spot , with a lovely outlook , and is very comfortable with everything one could want for a relaxed holiday break . Maybe wifi will come soon ?

This is the second time we have stayed in the Cottage, once in summer and once in winter. It's beautiful inside and out, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Right in the heart of the wineries, with kangaroos and other wildlife making a regular appearance. Jenni is a very accommodating host, we will definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for our group (4 couples) but would work really well for a family too - nice big kitchen, wood burning stove, bed was so comfortable and stunning views. Lawson Hill Estate is in an ideal location if you want to be in the country but not too far from town and wineries. We will definitely be staying here again as a family next holidays on our way out west, but another adults Mudgee visit is calling too!
