Terri the new salesperson in Moorabbin DFO is really terrible and arrogant. She asked me to apologise 2 times for not saying “please”….she ignore me first when i walked into the store, when i asked can you show me matching pants she would show her finger and show as she is very busy…. I started talking to other sales person as she was not helpful so she got offended and stoped her selling me the jacket….she asked me to leave the store and that she will call security…what for? I wasn’t even talking to you….you were having a bad day but pls don’t try to my mum…. I am a 46 yr old…being a white women dont think you have right to teach me school manner…do your job properly rather than sending customers out to security…Felt terrible after i have been loyal customer for more than 10yrs…Just because you wanted to dominate that doesn’t mean you have to screw your customers. I felt bad for the other salesperson as she was helping so nicely…I hope the Headoffice take this matter seriously and remove Terri from the store. If she has been working with you for long then you would already know her.

The staff member at Westfield Doncaster was amazing! Although she was the only one in the store, so therfore rather busy, as I was leaving with my click and collect order, she called me back into the store as she noticed that I must’ve made an error on the sizes and there’s no way the jacket I purchased would fit me , and she was correct. If not for her keen eye for detail, I wouldn’t of known till I got home and would’ve had to go all the way back.

I really like oxfords clothes but the return of items is very slow. My items were accepted back at their warehouse 8 days ago and no response or refund as yet

The ladies styles are very old and standard. There has been no change in dress lengths overall each professional dress ending just at the knee not below. Most of the colour choices are hideous and very block coloured with little to no variation. I have only every purchased from the woman's line of clothes when they are heavily discounted.

Love this shop! Online and in person! Affordable, slightly different and great quality clothes. Excellent service. We will be back
