The girls in the shop have been nothing but sweet, helpful and friendly - really great service. Nice to go somewhere where you won't be side eyed for buying an oil burner haha. Prices are fair, especially in this neighbourhood.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Claire & Josh. Both have soild knowledge of the stores products.Personally, i REALLY appreciated their understanding & support when i was sensory overloaded and needed a moment to recalibrate my brain or needed an answer reworded when I didnt understand. Thanks for lessening the stress in the large space (so much to see!!)Fabulous people, & I'm glad I got to be served by them both; plus they made the digital set backs enjoyable to wait out & talk about the art with :) thank you both

Great selection with items to fit individual price ranges, from cheap to expensive. Broadest selection I've come across in Melbourne so far and helpful staff (went in completely choofed requiring assistance).

Before i start reviewing this store is would like to make it perfectly clear to everyone that we live in a country that allows us to make choices and voice out loud those choices. So regardless of what you think of the other person you have to respect the choice he made. There are a lot of countries that don't have this fantamantal right of existence. And I'll finish withI might not agree to what you have to say but it I'll die fightingfor your right to say it.This was my first time i cloud 9 and i loved it. As you walk inside the door there's a cutout of the master's in weed humour and eternal stoner's Cheech and Chong promoting their products . Looking around you notice that this is a very colourful wearhouse with spray cans in the boxed pattern wall frame very smart and t-shirts as a backdrop. I happened to have come in as they are re doing their displays and giving it a very fresh look. Street art with skater influence. There was this great piece of work on the wall that you get to first up when you walk through the entrance. The 2 staff that i spoke to were very helpful and very happy to be able to help. And the wearhouse style set up just makes the place. It's great to see another store open up and make it look different. It's been the same stores and to be honest until the last 8 months i never knew how far the Canadians and the Americans have taken it. And untill now i can't say that i have seen the selection that cloud 9 offer in a store environment. My favourite store has been Windsor green mostly because of the knowledge that they offer and the laidback style of the stuff. But having a chat with one of the staff there's going to be competition which is great news for the customers

They have a big range of oil pourers" I think they are calling them these days. They are a tiny bit expensive though

A shop like no other. Has all the bits and pieces someone might need for their vape or hydroponics. Friendly staff.
