Friendly reception staff and Dr Saunders is just the best and most professional, empathetic Dr. The whole reception and waiting are looks great having been revamped recently. No longer bulk bills as a general rule, but this has not changed my mind to continue going there.

Doctor was amazing and kind !!! - reception is blunt unwelcoming and randomly walks away mid sentence. Was taken aback, no harm done but I think it can definitely be a better experience with improved communication.

Really disappointing - they no longer bulk bill and they have shortened their hours to business hours. Say they’re open til 6 yet won’t take any patients after 4:30, 5pm? If that’s the case, say you close at 5 then! If you don’t have enough doctors then get more! It’s always been a busy centre so that excuse is kind of not cutting it anymore. I mean you are charging now right?If you’re a 9-5 working person with a health need, this ain’t the place for you unless you’re happy to wait until the weekend and happy to pay $85+ for a 5 min consult.

Dr Jehan is my regular doctor and I am always pleased with the level of care she provides every time. We're not local to the centre anymore but will continue to travel there. I am never waiting long for my appointment and never feel rushed out the door. The receptionists are also lovely and informative.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. I booked an appointment last week for both myself and my newborn. The earliest appointment was today so I booked it. I arrived to the appointment and was told it would cost money for me to see a doctor but not my newborn. I have been here before and it was bulk billed, you would think they would let you know if that has changed. I usually wouldn't mind paying but the practice needs to be of a certain standard to expect people to pay for a consultation. Sadly this practice is not up to that standard. I asked the receptionist Jodie" if there was a cancellation fee and told her that I would cancel my appointment but keep my newborns. I have never dealt with a more rude woman in all my life and plan on following this up with a complaint. She had me in tears by the time I sat down and waited to be seen. The doctors barely listen to your concerns before rushing you out the door. I usually forget things I meant to mention or ask because you can tell they just want you out and it causes such anxiety . The ladies who do the immunisations (they are nurses I think) are absolutely beautiful and some of the kindest people I have met. If it wasn't for them I would likely have been a crying mess by the end of the visit. I have never been to this practice without having a problem and its usually with the reception staff. You can't just speak to patients like trash

My girlfriend went in to get a referral to get an allergy test done and the doctor gave her a note in an envelope with a name and address for a specialist. She had done her research and knew that there was a place closer to Caringbah that offered allergy testing but the doctor shut it down and told her that she had to go to this place. After getting home, she called the place that she was referred to to make a booking and was told that they didn’t offer allergy testing at all and that she had to go back to the GP to get yet another referral to a different place. We called back to see if she could get in to speak to the GP she had just seen to tell him what had happened, then was left on hold for 30mins before we were hung up on. An absolute waste of money for a faulty referral, rude receptionists, and dismissive and degrading doctors.

Very ableist! They discriminate against people with disability and have restrictive practices towards them such as isolating them from the waiting room and not letting them sit alone just because the patient had tics which the staff were “afraid” of. So unprofessional from healthcare staff who have a duty of care to everyone

Booked a Telehealth appointment for a medical certificate. It took two online bookings and a phone call to actually get the Telehealth call. Was on the phone for under 2 minutes and was charged for a long consult $85 as opposed to $65 for under 6 minutes just for a medical certificate to be emailed to me an hour later. Would not use this place again.

I don't know what happens at this medical centre. I turned up at opening time, have waited for one hr and one or two people have been seen. I want a new script only. Can't believe a crying baby has not been seen yet. Where are the doctors? Opening times have been slashed.
