The Broken Umbrella

We are very happy with our new -- refurbished market umbrella. (looks brand-new)After the recent storm our old smashed one was deemed at the end of its working life but still good for spare parts.A quick trip to Seaford and we had a refurb underway and less waste .Great business and pleasure to do deal with.Thankyou to Jack and Ashley.

What great service, I cannot praise them enoughAshley was amazing and so helpful.I hopefully wont need their help again, but if I do break something I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have no hesitation in recommending The Broken Umbrella for repairs to external umbrellasThe internal cord, which had broken on our Shelta cantilever umbrella was replaced, saving us hundreds of dollars on the purchase price of a new umbrella.

Courteous, professional and excellent in every way Jack took my Shelta outdoor umbrella for a service, shade-clean and some repair-work and brought it back looking as-new and operating easily and smoothly. Good communication and quality service. I couldn't recommend this company more.

I highly recommend the Broken Umbrella. The canopy of my 4m x 3m was restored better than the original. It was picked up and returned and I was kept informed all along the way. Great Job.

Not only were they very reasonably priced but their service was exceptional. Selling our home, we needed both pool umbrellas to be repaired. Because our photo shoot was to occur prior to their spare parts arriving, Ashley offered to drive the umbrellas 27kms to our home and have them propped open for display - to then take them back for repair!! As it happened, the part arrived and they were able to deliver fully repaired by 11.30am. Yet even when our photo shoot was brought forward by one hour, the amazing Ash simply told me not to worry. Sure enough, with a reassuring text message to tell me she was on her way, our magnificent umbrellas were returned ahead of schedule and looked great as the sun finally came out!Tremendous customer care! I hope our umbrellas never break again but, if they do, I know who I am ringing!!

Very happy with the service. Ashley was able to track down a part for our umbella (which is no longer in production). This saved us having to replace the whole umbrella with new one. I'd recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Great business to deal with. Answered product questions quickly and fully and when product was purchased it was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Product, replacement canopy for a Shelta cantilever umbrella, appears to be well made and good quality.

Excellent care and service. We had a warranty issue with a Shelta Savannah umbrella. Shelta were extremely uncooperative, and after weeks and weeks trying to get a resolution Ashley was finally able to get the parts required from Shelta and fix the umbrella. It took 3 months, but her persistence lead to a good outcome. I would NEVER recommend a Shelta umbrella, but if you’re unlucky enough to have one that needs repair I highly recommend The Broken Umbrella.
