Really struggled Roth ePrescribing. Felt like it wasn’t set up for what takes 2 minutes on most pharmacies. I say this respectfully as I don’t think it’s hard to improve

Wayne is a good pharmacist

My husband had a bit of a medical emergency at the airport needing an important prescription, we rang our doctor and received an E-script. Throughout the incident Wayne Chan the chemist was extremely helpful and made sure all was OK, what a lifesaver, thank you so much Wayne.

Sydney airport staff in Amcal + express is just so rude. Accusing customers of “using” their products and intimidating them to buy products that have been “used”. It is alright if it was true although it wasn’t. I am just so disappointed that a human being can be that unpleasant, its a really horrible experience. Did not even apologise when she was told that the product was not even used. Such a disgrace to human race. Shame on you. You should learn how to deal with customers better. We don’t need your aggression and keep your cool you can always talk to customers in a calm manner. Will not buy anything from you ever, even if its a tissue roll. LOL.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE from TIQWA/FAQWA lady. Do not use this pharmacy. This rating should be a minus if I could put minus five I would as one still means I gave them a rating for some service. I fly twice a week out of this airport and the amcal express near the Rex lounge I did shop at almost per week, however today they were not busy at all and I asked for a stat dec to simply stamped and witnessed by the duty pharmacist TIQWA or FAQWA she wouldn’t show me her name badge properly. She simply said no unless I worked at airport. They were not busy. I am a doctor and would happily do it for any of my clients /customers as a duty of care and service I promised as a professional standard. If they were busy I would have gone elsewhere but she was just walking around. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and I told her inshoppped there most weeks. Can the owner of the business kindly provide an email to get in contact with my doctors office. I will contacting AHPRA and the Pharmacy Guild over this as there is a standard practice in the health services ACT to help people.
