The girls @ Cutters Forest hill were very friendly and professional. Always happy to return to have my hair cut and coloured . Shadi is my hairdresser and she’s great

Biba now known as Cutters in Forest Hill. They had lovely and friendly staff.I would have given a 5 star if I had got what i wanted. We had a photo of the haircut we wanted but I think the lady cutting hair had problems understanding in English. She was lovely & friendly but did not get I wanted although the hair cut was good. For the amount I paid, I won't return unfortunately.

Victoria is genius with blonde hair. My colour always looks fab. It’s very hard to find a hairdresser that can do blonde well so I am very happy I found her.

Thanks to the amasing stylists at BIba Forrest Hill. They always have the special knack of bringing my very dry and dead straight hair back to life. The salon is always busy which is a good sign. I highly recommend Simone ( my hairdresser for many years now) for her creativeness, her innate knowledge of knowing exactly what suits me, and her precision. I can't wait until my next cut!

I only came in for a quick haircut but I was treated so well. Thank you to Radhika for listening to what I wanted and just being a wonderful person. I was kept informed along the way about what was happening - I am clueless with hair and it turned out great. Definitely coming back here. Such a lovely vibe - you can tell everyone that works here gets along and it shows!

I walked in with long thick hair and asked for a TRIM! my hair got hacked into a mullet. It's been 5 months and it still hasn't grown out. Cant believe how badly they ruined my hair.
