Helpful, cheerful staff, clean, tidy rooms

Just finished my placement here. One of the best nursing homes with amazing caring staff and supportive management, I will miss everyone here.

This seems like a lovely place to stay. Friendly and professional staff. My sweet Auntie Barb is living here and seems to be happy, fed well & properly cared for.The security where needed is done well.

I absolutely love this place! Residents are wonderful and staff are great. Such great care given to all residents.

Nice clean facility

Mother went in with leg fracture and did the other leg whilst in their care. Upon visiting saw the portable xray machine being moved and a man yelling out yes he's done a femur. Coincidence I hope.

One star for Dementia care This is where they are overlooked the most Residents at times made to feel a nuisance, never taken outside due to staff shortage, it’s where the unsuitable staff go because no one believes a dementia resident or bothers to listen to them When they just have cognitive issues if they complain they are seen as having dementia and can’t trust what they say - if they don’t have full blown dementia when they arrive they soon will when they are parked in the lounge & left - Routine is the key so don’t think if you have a need to go to the toilet until their routine says so If you are blind you will be treated like you are deaf and dumb too ( residents words not mine )there are lovely carers but not enough especially compassionate RNs that should have retired or found a different vocation sad to say
