Great knee scooter for Mt broken ankle. Friendly staff helping me set it up.Account work shocking. Took the scooter back on the Friday as arranged, then on the Monday they billed me for another two weeks. Took 3 phone calls and various explanations to get my money back one week later.Not good practice to just help your self to my credit card.

Today I went to their Bayswater office and I arrived 20 minutes before the shop closed, it was very kind of the lady with the long blonde hair and David to help me with picking the best support equipment formy broken foot. They were very patient event when it went past the closing time. I also noticed how they went the extra mile explaining to me how the equipment works and gave me tips. I highly recommend this place. It makes me more willing to spend my money locally when the customer service exceeds my expectations.

Great service and great prices. Its better and cheaper to rent a heater over the cold months then to go out and buy one and have it serviced all the time. As they service them everytime it comes back!

I will never use this company again and if I could just walk away, I would.They refuse to take the money on the agreed date so they can take a late fee for every single payment, then when you try to change the details to fix the problem they keep saying is your fault that they conveniently forget to put it in the system" or just "lose the new paper work" just so they can squeeze out an extra $10.It's a shame because they used to be amazing and helpful and this isn't the first time I've used them but it most definitely be my last time."

Attempted to hire/purchase, after credit check and funds check, delivery driver said I wasn't approved unless I let him inside my home. Contract could have been done electronically for customers comfort. When I rang the manager was told either I let him in or I don't get the product (laptop), I felt extorted & uncomfortable.Do not recommend these guys, very weird practice!Have complained to consumer protection.
