I placed an order 22.1.23, it's now 20.2.23 and still not order. I have now sent three emails to you regarding my order and still nothing.I have ordered from you previously with no issues but not impressed this time.

Thank you so much for my order! Professional communication, order is perfect to the size, arrived 4 days earlier than expected and the price is waaaay cheaper than the other company I made mistake ordered some from. I definitely will buy more from you guys! Well done!

This is the second order I have palced with Online Workwear. The first order took weeks for them to correctly embroider the sample piece for approval. 4 times they had to run test embroiders to get our logo even close to correct. Fianlly received the goods and the embroider was correct so I figured that reordering would be straight forward. WRONG.2 weeks after the goods were due I reached out to ask where my order was and was told that there had been an error on ordering. They then send out half of my order and told me they would update me on the remainder of my order. Now my contact" Brock will not even respond to emails and I am none the wiser on when I will get the complete order. Though of course they have happily taken complete payment. Avoid them as they are unprofessional and not trustworthy"

They have taken my money and failed to process my order.EDIT TO ADD: Once numerous emails were answered I actually managed to get a phone number and speak to a real person.Ordered was finally processed, but delivered to the wrong address. Colours weren’t an exact match, but that’s the problem with approving a physical object with a digital sample.

I placed an order which turned out to be a discontinued line and as such, there was a delay. While this was frustrating, Brock from the support line helped me sort it out.Not only did he resolve it, he went over and above - recommending another product and giving super-fast delivery too.

I should have stayed with Totally Workwear.At least I'd have my order. 5 weeks and counting, still haven't received my order.Lesson learned.

I have only received half of my order. I did not receive a tracking number when the order was dispatched so I have no idea how to locate it and when I have lodged a ticket for help it has been 2 weeks and none has replied. My order was at the end of May we are almost in July. Please someone get back to me.

I ordered 10 days ago but there is no update.i already sent 2 email but there is no answer.i don't recommend this store.poor customer experience.

Ordered and Paid for shirts for my company, only way to contact is via online enquiry and i have done this twice now and NO One will respond. I have told them some items are now urgent and still they do not even respond. Never trust a company who have no Email or Phone
