Elite Window Furnishings definitely had ELITE customer service compared to other competing companies. Kayley at Elite was my first point of contact and she was so knowledgeable and helpful to guide me towards the right choice for my budget and apartment interior. John came by to provide a quote with samples which was incredibly helpful in making the right choice for my space. He then came back to install quickly and efficiently, cleaning up any mess made at the end. The wait time on Elite's window furnishings was also far less than competing companies, with a quote completed quickly and only short wait for installation. Elite replaced some of my blind chains to make them colour coded it was a huge help. I now have well priced, beautiful blinds and curtains in my apartment which I couldn't be happier with. We have had new window coverings put in our unit and we couldn't be happier. Plantation shutters in the lounge room, Verishade on the sliding door to cut out the glare as well as add some style. We also had roller blinds and sheer curtains added to our bedroom that just suit the room perfectly. Some vertical blinds in the office as well. Nick was very helpful in his suggestions. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies that we received quotes from. The delivery time and installation was very quick as well, except for the plantation shutters that got held up overseas. But, Nick kept me informed every 2 to 3 weeks letting me know what was happening. The installation from John was also excellent. He was very quick and he cleaned up any mess that was made (not very much). I highly recommend these guys and wish them well in the business.
