This is a great fitness place. Group classes, where you train at your own pace, surrounded by friendly and knowledgeable trainers. There's an impressive atmosphere here where it's not just a place where you train, but a place that makes you feel as part of a team.

F45 Edensor is an amazing place to train in the area. You'll get a mix of cardio, weights, resistance and core to work all your body groups. The exercise is only 45 minutes.Great supportive coaches Hass, Kiara, Andy, Carlos, Ricky, Nat, Patricia and Sarah who are there hands on correcting your form, fitness/nutrition tips, pushing you to reach your potential!Also, the awesome community of F45ers who train here ❤️Come give it ago! It's the best decision i've made for my health/fitness

Not only is it one of the most welcoming environments, each and every trainer goes above and beyond to encourage you and assist you during the workout.The positivity and great energy is just one of the many reasons I train here, but being part of this incredible family is the number one reason.

Was there during a promo giving 2 weeks free and I was very surprised. The trainers are amazing and very helpful before, during and after the session. It's a great concept and the 3 classes I did I really enjoyed and actually felt better and happier.The only downer is the price, it's very expensive and unfortunately for me I can't keep going. If you can afford it go it's really fun.

I really look forward to training at Edensor Park All of the trainers are lovely and very suppprtive. They have helped me improve my technique and build my confidence. I def recommend for people who don't like going to the gym. I never thought I would enjoy it as mush as I do. Im currently attending 5 classes per week which I never thought I would do in a million yrs.
