Gentle Nails

Had a pedicure for my daughter and myself. They didn’t remove dead skin properly, still present at the end of the pedicure and asked them about it and said they couldn’t do anything more. Took 10 mins to do my daughter pedicure and charged $50 for her. Charged $20 for her to have shellac painted on finger nails.

Ask for French tip acrylics- and this is what you get. Very rushed. Took them only 20-25mins. Over half the nail is white because they used the white acrylic instead of painting the tips white. Not at all gentle. My wife and daughter had a manicure and both came out with fingers bleeding. Read the reviews and avoid!

First of all the price our front was $45 for a full set but I was charged $60, I assume they put shellac without asking me. The place was filthy and they used the same brush and pot of monomer liquid on me my friend and another lady in there. They did a bad job and were way too rough with filing. Not to mention they were rude. Do not go here, I am now scared I’m going to get an infection.

HORRIBLE! I went in for a pedicure and they were so rough with NO attention to detail. My feet now hurt to walk on my nails were cut back further then my nail bed and the WORST nail shape! I have shellac missing on my nails and it’s all over my toes. This was the worst experience on my life and looks like I won’t be wearing sandals for a while.

My wife just returned from this so call business.She was upset and stressed, she has a cough that is not related to Covid and we are still getting the issues sorted with ENT specialist. She can not wear a mask other wise her coughing is worse. She started to cough and the staff member put on her mask an spoke in her own lingo and made my wife feel small and embarrassed. I would not recommend this salon unless you can speak there language and don’t have a cough. Lowest service I have every seen, go back where you come from not welcome here.

My daughter bought me a manicure and pedicure for Christmas. I only wanted pedicure but the man took her to the til and arranged she paid for both and shellac. Had foot scrub and soak and toes painted in shellac. Bit thick but over all not bad.Had hands soaked in water and then massage and. Nails painted In shellac. Well the lady rushed it and it was thick and either it was off. Or the uv lights didn’t work or it was just rushed. But it didn’t set and when I had a shower. Did the dishes etc it all was peeling off. Only bits left are the thin line at the end where it was thin. :( very unhappy especially since a child paid for that!!!

I went this place to get my nails done. The person who did my nails was non stop talking / blaming other girls in their language and didn’t concentrate what she was doing. She has done a horrible job and my nails were so lumpy. When I came home tried to contact the shop and the phone line is in the google was disconnected. So disappointed.

So bad. I got my nails removed and they just ripped them off. No soaking. It hurt quite badly and now my nails are damaged. Cost me 20 dollars. Will never go back.

Absolute waste of my time and money ..Bad service and worst nail refills I have ever had .On the price list refills stated $30The owner was rude and the other staff member had no idea what she was doing . She burnt two of my cuticles one stage I had to pull my hand away as she hurt it so much .. they thought that that was ok .. not even an I’m sorry! and I said that’s the second time you have hurt me ..the owner even laughed about it at one stage .Absolutely worst nail place I have ever wasted my money .Not happy at all .None of my nails are the same shape , length or thickness..They are so thick and different sizes it looks like I was used as a appearance practice hands.I’m sure even then my nails would have been at a higher quality than today’s work ..When I went to pay she said $50 I questioned that and she come back with I had two colours?I said I have never paid that much for refills unless I needed a nail or two replacement or art work …They replied or the young lad said we are the cheapest around, ask anyone lol lol cheap or expensive we all deserve respect n good , service and good quality for our money .Would not recommend this place to anyone …
