Wow. It is a huge store with everything that a pet lover could want.Toys, cages, treats and other speciality items are available. They cater for dogs, cats, fish, terrarium dwellers, hutch animals and birds.They sell a range of set up kits for all types of fish, birds and all other pets. They also cater for the various types of food each require.Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you get what you need. Just ask them for help.A new dog wash is also in the store with a small see through fence around it. This is for safety reasons as well as if you have more than one animal to wash.Didn't see any hay so unsure if they cater for horses.

The shop is always clean, they have a surprising range and prices, while a little higher then some places are still within range. They are often under staffed and you can some times wait a while to be served, but the staff that they have are knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to give advice if asked .

Please be aware of this before going!!!Lady with a seemingly American accent at the checkout sold a friend of mine a bunch of things that she claimed he needed for a specific fish tank he was trying to buy. Turns out, those products aren’t even meant for that fish tank that the person working was well aware he was trying to get. She seemed to be very ‘knowledgeable’, but I find that she mainly just says things to make a sale. Other than that, it’s a good store. Just has made me and friends hesitant to go back on the off chance she is working that day. Please, be aware of this lady and make sure you have researched before going there, otherwise she may convince you that you need something you actually don’t.

Not a good experience! Ask for something to be ordered in twice as ran out of stock and after 2 months still did not get it in for me.

Very well set up and stocked.A great asset to the area, and open on Sundays. Very pleased with my purchases. They even had just put out the Christmas dog toys!

Price of merchandise was reasonable. Couldn't say the same for staff. Only 2 staff was present both stacking the same shelf. Didn't acknowledge customers. Rude when I approached her to ask for assistant. I Shouldve listened when got told their staff was Rude. Will not be returning.

Waited 20 minutes to leave the loading bay cause the delivery truck was blocking the exit to all the loading docks. They clearly saw we waiting however continued, they could have moved up a few meters and let cars easily go past. Pretty inconvenient and inconsiderate

My friend was calling if there were any birds she wanted there, none, 10 minutes later called back to see if there were any other birds….hung up just completely ignored her. Disappointing.
