Due to their prices (extremely good) I was a little nervous going through them for my three split system purchases and installs, but there was no reason to worry, everything ran smoothly, and the install was spot on. I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

I got really great non salesy advice on the phone, and a really good price, so decided to give them a shot. The guys came out and did a great job on installation, checking each unit was where we wanted before drilling etc. Really can't fault them!

They have just installed a air conditioning unit for me and the whole experience was great.I've asked for a specific model and, even though they had it, they convinced" me to buy a cheaper model as the feature differences would not really impact me. You don't see people putting customers first like this all the time.The team that came for the installation was also great. Did everything really quickly

Service is great but the aircon they put in lasted 5 weeks before it stopped working and now getting it fixed through warranty is proving to be painful.
