Equanimity Yoga
I have always been a sports-oriented girl who had never considered yoga. After only five or six lessons I would recommend anyone to try this discipline, especially when it is taught by someone as charismatic as Allison. With her expertise she is able to grasp the needs of the individual participant and prepare a targeted, qualitative and rewarding lesson each time. There is no improvisation. It is a journey, lesson by lesson, structured to introduce you to this art. Let yourself be moved.

Alllison's classes are a gift for physical and mental wellbeing. Not only are they strengthening but also bring a deep sense of restoration and relaxation.The classes are well curated and with a flow of purposeful asanas, which are updated every time in response to the needs of the class. I highly recommend it.
