I never had any issues before but this time ordered few things 2 weeks ago got all the products except the dog food… haven’t heard a thing from them since I picked up the other items 2 weeks ago (so much for their claim that items are dispatched same day!!). Emailed last week was advised item arrived in the warehouse but still haven’t received the Royal cannon dog food … What happened to the great service we have always received..

I ordered Blackhawk dog food for my dog and the only one he likes eating is the ocean fish one. Their prices were better than anyone around my area. Postage was quick and communication was great. I will be buying from again in the future

2 sneaky prices hikes in 4-5 months over automated orders. No email or text sent of price increase! They delayed an order previously and stated they would ship the item on Friday that never happened! I had to buy a small bag at cost to cover the deficit. No text or email given that were stock issues so customers can source alternative suppliers.

Jumbopets has been a life saver for me and Jerry-Coco (my border collie). Moving to a rural area means it's hard to get quality products delivered. Jumbopets provide an afordable, super easy recurrent service which means I never run out of food for Jerry and they even kindly add some extra toys for him, super happy with the service!

Jumbo pets service and pricing is fantastic, we need prescription dog food for our old dog. From time of order to it arriving is so fast, never had a delay always smooth and easy.We live on an island but still we get our faster than anywhere else we have ordered.The only thing I would to see is low fat treats under 2 grams of fat.
