Our Cavalier King Charles Toby, has alot of hip issues, they look after him so well and are gentle with him. He always looks and smells so good after a groom. Always happy to give me help and advice when he found a HOT SPOT on him. They put on a magic powder which cleared him up. Highly highly recommend Mitchell and his staff. Our Toby is a anxious sooky boy but is happy to go for hos bath and cut. Thank you so much guys.

I have been taking my Airedale Terrier to Mitchell and the team at Shear Elegance for a number of years now and have always been happy with the level of service and care we receive! Mitchell is an amazing groomer, who properly understands my bread specific requirements. From fully hand stripping show grooms to a short summer buzz; they listen and are bang on and my dog always looks amazing! Its a decent drive for me to go to Shear Elegance and am happy to continue to do so as I know I am getting a great consistent service and a happy, healthy dog!

Nothing to rave about here.I have taken my poodle there a couple times in the past. He told me he needs to be short because he is 'matted'He didnt know i am familiar with the industry, having worked in a grooming salon in the past and know he wasn't. I regularly wash and brush my dog. When i picked him up he was down to the skin.My suggestions is that he is a lazy dog groomer.Poor customer service skills. He was like talking to a dry piece of toast.I wont return.

Our dog, a Cavvy, was so happy and relaxed when we picked her up unlike at some groomers that terrified our dogs. Mitchel and his team are great groomers, very accommodating and great with pets. They treat all pets as though they were their own. The salon is very obviously kept super clean and always smells pleasant and the flower on the collar was a lovely touch. Thank you, very highly recommended.

Great dog groomer. We dropped our dog to them in the morning and picked her up in the afternoon - she is very social, but isn't keen on grooming. Yet the result is great, and she was very happy when picked up, so clearly not a stressful day for her! Pricing is also very reasonable.

The outcome definitely worth for its price. I bring my dog in with knot and matted hair, they are very patient and professional. The other grooming shop I went, they tell me can’t do the style and just trimmed her short, I rather do it myself.

I took my dog Bailey to Shear Elegance today for the first time. I have no idea who cut his coat today but I have to say in all the years of going to dog groomers I've never experienced such an amazing job ! He looks stunning and perfect in every way. They fit him him on a Saturday morning with half hour notice! Can't say how impressed I am with this place . Worth every $ .. No doubt I've just found my new life long pet styling place.Well done guy !!!!
