If you're looking for a builder with old fashioned principles and craftsmanship, creative and imaginative idea's who's punctual & polite and DOESN'T spend all day on the phone arranging other jobs whilst you're paying them; then Basus Build is your Company and Brendan is your man.I became a little despondent after approaching 2 other builders for quotes only to be told that what I wanted built was too difficult and near impossible to build. But then the one that finally agreed to do the job ended up backing out with not even a phone call or message to us. My wife then left a post on the Master-builder website asking for quotes, & Brendan and one other replied, Brendan was prompt with his quote & came back to us with a realistic quote & the choice was made easier.The actual job Brendan did for us was approx 26 sqm of decking underneath a previously built, not quite square pergola, on top of exposed aggregate concrete which had more fall then required in places that probably didn't need fall (both jobs done by supposed tradesmen previously) long story short, he built the deck perfectly & in less time then quoted.My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work Brendan did for us and appreciated his honest not a problem" attitude and patience
