I had different carers throughout the week so I was always leaving my front door open so they could come and go easily.Smart places installed a smart lock in my front door so the door is locked at all times and with the carers have all having their own codes I don't need to think about letting them in or out anymore. Jon was great at getting the lock installed and setting the software upVery happy with the result

I recently had Jon from Smart Places Austalia come around and assess my needs and then install a ring door bell and alexa and Eufy security system. Also sensor lights were InstalledJon was very attentive and provided the right devices for my needs . He set everything up and thoroughly explained how everything worked . He has also been great at responding to any questions I have had.Last night I had an Intruder and because of the devices he set up and how well he explained how to use them, I was alerted early and able to ring for help before they broke into the house.Highly recommend this business! Would have given more stars if I could!

They have changed my life. I can control everything, blinds, lights, the dryer, all from my phone. I don’t have to worry about going out and leaving all the lights on. If I come home late I can shut all the blinds while I’m out. Also Jon is so lovely and professional, I couldn’t ask for anyone better to install all this for he. He was so patient going through all the apps, and teaching me how to talk to google more efficiently. If you need smart tech to help you around the home, definitely give these guys a call.
